Metronomic is committed to what matters most developing sustainable communities that are centered on the needs of its residents while fostering social and economic growth. Through local collaboration that includes, Public Art, Community Partnerships, and Giving Back Metronomic maintains a focus of culture, connection, and inclusiveness.
Promoting community and connection.
Metronomic contracts local artists to paint murals on each of its projects in Little Havana, Miami - in lieu of it's colorful and artist culture. Murals create a tangible sense of place, destination, resulting in increased foot traffic while adding color, vibrancy, and character to an urban environment. Murals are also known to provide communities with significant therapeutic benefits. Metronomic aims to honor the rich history of Cuba along with its many prominent artists and musicians.
Collaborating for Unified Growth.
Metronomic will have affordable housing in many areas it develops and works in close conjunction with local community organizations and municipalities to provide for the most sustainable developments possible.
The Thelma Gibson Health Initiative is one of our community partners supporting families in Coconut Grove through revitalization and assuring individuals and families are not displaced due to the regeneration of the area.
Giving because we care.
